Our Delivery Promise
- We always send you an email on day of despatch.
- All of our products are sent via Courier and will require a signature on delivery.
- Please provide us with an address (preferably a Business Address) where someone will be in to sign.
- If delivery is attempted and no-one is in to sign, a card is usually left by the courier.
- In the case of a missed delivery, please contact the courier immediately to arrange a re-delivery or collection, please note you cannot request a re-delivery on a Saturday.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts your items will be returned to our warehouse, If an item is sent back to us as a result of failed delivery or refusal this will incur a delivery charge to you of a minimum of £10 to cover the cost of return and redelivery.
- If an item is returned we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund minus £10 to cover cost of return and administration.
Standard Delivery £4.95 (up to 10 items)
Orders will normally be dispatched within one working day of receipt via a 48-72 hour courier service, so you can expect your item to be with you within a matter of a few working days. We aim to have all lines shown on the website in stock and ready to dispatch. In the very rare event that a product is out of stock, please allow 14 days for delivery.
Overnight Delivery
If you require overnight delivery please call us on 0800 988 1286 we are happy to arrange this for you.
Saturday Delivery
Saturday Deliveries to UK Mainland addresses can be arranged please call us on 0800 988 1286.
Scotland/Northern Ireland Delivery Surcharges
Most UK mainland areas are £4.95 although some outlying areas have delivery surcharges (for Scotland/Northern Ireland please read below for exceptions).
Scottish Highlands and Islands Deliveries - This area is defined by the following postcodes IV, HS, KA27 to 28,KW, SW, PA20 to 49, PA60 to 78, PH17 to 26, PH30 to 44, PH49 to 50 and ZE. Costs are shown by using the drop down box on the basket page.
Northern Ireland & Isle of Man - Please select the appropriate Delivery cost option from the drop down delivery menu on the checkout page.
Channel Islands & Southern Ireland - We do ship to the Channel Islands & Southern Ireland (carriage surcharges apply) please call us on 01670 594 135 to place your order, please tell us your location before placing the order. VAT is not charged on orders to the Channel Islands, however a 17.5% admin fee is included in the price for orders to Jersey & Guernsey.
Cancellations & Amendments
We despatch most items same day or next day. If you have made a mistake on your order or wish to amend or cancel, you must ring us on our customer service number during working hours ASAP - we cannot accept emails as a method of contact due to the very quick despatch times we operate on. We cannot change orders or delivery addresses once items have left our premises
IMPORTANT INFORMATION Regarding Liability
Your item will be delivered to you via a Courier who will require a signature as proof of delivery. Before the parcel is signed for, check carefully for any signs of transit damage (or instruct anyone you authorise to sign on your behalf to do the same). Once a parcel has been signed for in good condition it becomes your property and your responsibility. Therefore if there is any transit damage to the product that is discovered after it has been signed for 'Crazy 4 Baby' are not liable for this, as we have completed our contractual obligation to deliver the package to you in good condition.
If there is any transit damage to your product, sign for the item and clearly write "damaged product". In this instance please contact us directly on 01670 594 135 we will quickly ensure that you get a perfect product with no additional costs to yourself.
